Popular Pokemon Fangame ‘Radical Red’ has been updated to 4.0. Radical Red includes many of quality of life changes, including the Complete FireRed Upgrade engine, the Dynamic Pokemon Expansion, much higher difficulty, brand new abilities, and an exhaustive laundry list of quality of life improvements.
